Credential service per destination
- USA
CGFNS CES is required by some state boards (NY, FL, TX-no, CA-yes, etc.) — confirm with your target state board before paying. CGFNS VisaScreen is a separate immigration credential.
- Canada
NNAS advisory report is required by all provincial regulators. NNAS routes documents to your chosen province (CNO Ontario, BCCNM, OIIQ Quebec, etc.).
- Gulf
DataFlow handles primary-source verification for SCFHS (Saudi), DHA (Dubai), HAAD (Abu Dhabi). Each Gulf authority has its own DataFlow application.
- UK
NMC handles its own document review; no third-party evaluator. Your home regulator (NMCN, NMC Ghana, NCK, etc.) will need to confirm registration directly to NMC.
- Australia
AHPRA assesses qualifications via the OBA portfolio — Stream B is the common path for internationally-trained nurses with 1+ years post-registration practice.
Do not pay for WES, CGFNS, NNAS, or DataFlow until your pathway confirms which one applies. These fees are non-refundable and the wrong service is the most common money-loss for African nurses.

Starting NCLEX-RN before picking a US state board — different states have different ATT rules and SSN requirements.
Inconsistent names across passport, nursing certificate, and transcript. Even one missing initial can stall your file for months.
Not requesting a Certificate of Good Standing early — most are valid only 3 – 6 months, and home regulators can take weeks to issue one.
