Pathway is not an immigration law firm, nursing regulator, or recruitment agency. We do not guarantee visa, licensure, or job outcomes.

Payments

Our fees are for guidance and platform services. Regulator and exam fees are paid by you directly to the relevant authority.

Refunds

Unstarted services are refundable within 7 days. Services in progress are pro-rated.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate, misrepresent, or attempt to misuse the platform. We may suspend accounts for fraudulent activity.
