Cameroon is officially bilingual. Anglophone-region nursing schools (NW + SW) issue English-language credentials that UK NMC, US state boards, CGFNS, NNAS, and AHPRA accept directly. Francophone-region schools issue French-language credentials that need sworn English translation for those destinations — except for Quebec (OIIQ) which accepts French directly.
