Pick NCLEX-RN if you want a knowledge-test route you can sit in Africa, the highest-paying RN salaries (USA), and broad acceptance (USA + Canada). Pick AHPRA OBA if you're committed to Australia, comfortable with on-site practical assessment, and willing to absorb the higher cost + travel. Strong clinical recall favours OBA; strong test-taking technique favours NCLEX.
